「Please make sure to read reviews before booking a stay here. It’s true you get what you pay for. This was a last minute trip and i failed to read reviews prior to booking. Furniture is very outdated and run down.Couch had multiple stains. Beds were horrible not comfortable at all. Bed comforters had multiple stains and sheets looked very dingy. Great staff and great location . Sadly i would not recommend this Hotel.」

「Can't say enough about how great the staff and hotel stay was. The daily breakfast bar was great and the roof top view is fantastic for enjoying coffee in the morning or relaxing at night. My first trip to Catalina was awesome and I would definitely stay here again.」

「The Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, the included Continental Breakfast was well-stocked. Good location toward the northern end of Avalon, so not in a noisy or very busy area, yet easy walking to all of Avalon.」

「Staff: Mr. Tony at the front was amicable and incredibly warm. It's clear him & his staff are like a family, and we were even helped by his daughter checking in at one point of our stay. Clean room: Room was just freshly cleaned, enjoyed our room's AC and openable windows, at some points leaving our door open to enjoy the breeze.
