"The location it’s far away from downtown, and the transportation it’s limit and expensive.. if you travel with family it’s not convenient because of the transportation and lack of restaurants around … the staff and the owner it’s super nice .. but they don’t clean and I rooms are not clean enough… "

"great rooms, staff and food, wonderful setting highly recommend"

"The hotel staff were very helpful. They upgraded our room for free. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to a typhoon, but the staff were very caring and helpful, making sure we had transportation arranged to get off of the island. Convenient location close to many restaurants."

"Nice staff, excellent breakfast"

"Amazing host. Can't give my compliments enough to Dat. He cared for each of us like we were a member of his family and I can say to any traveller you will always be in safe hands. He knows all the best spots to go and has access to some of the best restaurants on the island. On top of this the hotel was modern, clean and the restaurants food was incredible. I literally can't think of a single issue with Seoul 2."

"Excellent hotel, friendly staff, clean room, good bed. Tucked away from the noise but an easy walk to everything. "

"Hotel was clean and staff, like most Vietnamese were lovely, very friendly and very helpful. Hard to get any information from hotel due to a little bit of communication breakdown on the day we tried, but there are plenty of tour shops around the area. A lot of construction across the road, but it will be amazing when finished."

"Great location, view of the bay, lovely homestyle breakfast, very helpful staff, room spotless."

"Great place to stay while in Viet Hai Village. Comfortable rooms with excellent a/c, good shower and comfortable beds. The food was amazing, no need to eat anywhere else. Fast laundry service. He took care of all transportation to and from the village, including transport back to Hanoi. He also booked an incredible Ha Long Bay day cruise for us and has...
