"Overall the hotel was a nice place to stay, the pool and hot tub were nice and the room was clean and well appointed. The bathroom had been updated nicely. We stayed for 3 nights and the only issue was we did not ask for a room refresh on the first day but did on the 2nd day. The door hanger asking for the refresh was overlooked and by the time we returned housekeeping had gone home so we had to go to the front desk and get what we could. The front desk was very apologetic and offered a continental breakfast for our inconvenience which was nice, however their continental breakfast options are not our preference. They mentioned waffles but turns out they were the processed, pop in the toaster type of waffles. We will stay at this hotel again the next time we are in Castlegar."

"Rooms were quiet. Great breakfast; lots of protein options! We were in a pet friendly room on ground level and it was very clean. We had a room with 2 doubles and one mattress was collapsing around the edges. I was able to sleep in the middle but if 2 adults were in that bed you might just roll off the side lol. Also found the polyester filled comforters really hot (but menopause is a beast that way HaHa!!) Staff was FANTASTIC! Super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. "
