「No front desk but no problem, staffs are taking care of guest very well. Good location and also quite easy access from both Gatwick and Heathrow airport by public transportation. Room was very clean and comfortable, I should come back. I」

「Pros: not having a cumbersome check-in process was great - particularly as it meant checking in online before arrival and not waiting in a dreaded queue upon arrival. Likewise for checking out. Cons: this location is incredibly noisy. Unfortunately it is situated right next to a pub where everyone drank outside.

「The laundry machine does not dry the clothes whoever cleans the place did not do a good job The (Cleaning)the Mattress needs to be replaced not a comfortable bed」

「If only there had been a refrigerator, it would have been perfect!
