"This hotel is beautiful, like Venice, and in a great location. However, the staff was outstanding and made this an exceptional stay. Great attitudes, friendly, and extremely helpful. I believe Elianna is one of the names (apologies if I messed that up) but all of the others were great. Booked two tours during the stay, one with the hotel and another online. The hotel-recommended tour was way better and very reasonably priced. The tour guide's name is Serena. Very nice and animated. Watched an NFL game on a computer in the hidden courtyard very late at night. The person at the desk instantly became the bartender. Served us drinks, turned on the heater, all with a smile. Regretted leaving, and hope to get a chance for another stay there someday."

"Good value hotel within easy walking distance of San Marco, Rialto and other major sights. Although the room was small it was well maintained and functional. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of choices. Would recommend and definitely use again. Dave and Sally York’s"
