We did not experience any problems. The views from our apartment were beautiful. I would recommend scheduling a private water taxi to avoid long walks. Great location away from the big rush but yet close enough to the main attractions. 」

「他と比較して値段的に安かったので選びました。結果的によかったです。ヴァポレットのCa D'Oro駅から、またStrada Novaからすぐのロケーションで、近くにはスーパーマーケットもあり、とても便利です。部屋が広く、3人でも使えます。トイレとシャワーがもう1部屋とシェアなので、それをどう思うかは人に寄ると思います。他に漏れず、蚊には悩まされました。虫除け、虫刺されの準備は必須です。」

「Excellent place for the families. However, it took us four hours to get there from the station. This is one of many apartments around the area and it was impossible to know that. Difficult to find. Nice once we get there. Dark entrance which resulted my falling down and breaking arm. But still, I liked the room, and would go again.」

「ベットルームはたくさんあるし、食器もたくさんある。大人数での長期滞在に適してますね。但し、シャワー室が小さ過ぎですね。中に棚が無いので、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープと切り替えするときはシャワー室から出ないといけません。日本人が使うと満足行かない部分ですね。海外は全て一緒ですね。それと、ヴェネチアは海抜が低いので、キッチンの排水が逆流してきます。シャワーの排水は詰まってはいないのですが、長時間シャワーを浴びていると踝下くらいまで水が溜まります。これはどうしようもないことだと思います。全ての現象がヴェネチアであり、それを納得する。そうすれば問題にならないですね。自分の経験値アップ。それが海外旅行の醍醐味ですね。(笑)」

「I’ve stayed in hotels in Venice and all over Venice, so I am used to small/cramped rooms and bathrooms. This was a welcome surprise for our family of 6-spacious, comfortable and the location can’t be beat. It was very affordable (comparing to 2 hotel rooms nearby). The communication was great, I wish I would have asked about the water pressure and tub stopper not working earlier (turn off the AC units to make the water pressure better and use the level for the tub stopper-don’t just push it...

「We had an amazing time at Gio & Gio apartments! It was super close to St. Mark’s Square, and the place was huge and spotless. Everything we needed was there. Our host, Alessandro, was a lifesaver. "冷房があるため夏でも涼しく寝やすかったです。トイレ・シャワーは同じなので別々だともっと良かったと思います。各ベットにUSBとタイプCのコンセントが付いていましたが、普通のコンセントは部屋で1つしか無かったので、モバイルバッテリーなどの充電をしたい人は取り合いになると思います。"

"早めのチェックイン、帰国前日の夜遅くの外出時の対応など、良心的でした。タオル交換についてのホテルのポリシー、不要なバスタオルの使用が原因で海水が汚染されるというメッセージに共感しました。touristも、環境問題への意識が、大切だと思います。元修道院なので、特にホテル時間を大切にする方にお勧めします。"
