カステロ・イーストのアパート

「The location was very convenient and we enjoyed being away from the center of the city. We were still near many restaurants and a nice grocery market. We appreciated the 2 bedroom layout and the well appointed kitchen. The bathroom had lots of space to put things, so we didn't have to carry toiletries back and forth. The main issue was that, while there were air conditioners, as listed, they seemed to be throttled at about 85 degrees, so they weren't very useful. We actively used the fans...

「La situation dans Venise La qualité de la rénovation : bravo.」

「We had an amazing stay. Check in was very easy and the property is located in a local area that is quiet and relaxing. We loved eating nearby and the VRBO was perfectly located close to the water bus stops. It was also very nice to be able to wash our clothes. I saw another review from someone saying there isn't a way to dry clothes but that person obviously doesn't pay attention, everyone on the island hang dries their clothes. We had an outstanding stay here and I highly recommend.」

「This place has been "partially" remodeled. The kitchen is very old and the sink was clogged before we used it. No shower gel, shampoo and soap bar available, even we asked for them. We ended up to a local store to buy them. The pictures look better than the real situation. A storage space under the stairs was filled with smelly wet towls and cleaning stuff. It is worthy for the host/management to update the kitchen and use a better door lock to secure the apartment. I gound this prperty via...

「Great value for the price! I was a bit hesitant about booking this place at first since I could only find a few reviews on Expedia. But now, I'm so glad I found this apartment! It is located in a residential part of Venice that feels like a small, quiet fishing village. The apartment is relatively clean, spacious, and modern. There is a beautiful view of the canal from the bedroom window, which is one of the reasons I booked it. The bedsheets and towels provided were clean, and the kitchen was...

「Apartment appeared to have been recently remodeled. Everything was nice. It is also convenient to many attractions as well as the water taxi. Sandro was a very helpful host.」

「Accommodation is well located to explore Venice. The air conditioning was broken and no communication until I contacted agency. The replacement did not work. We did not sleep because of the heat. Sorry would not recommend this accommodation. 」

「Easy instructions to check in and place was just as advertised. Yes the ceiling was low for the second bedroom, but it didn't bother the guests with us. Extra pillows would be a nice option to add to the property, we all had to use blankets to prop up the pillow in order for us to sleep, otherwise it was too flat to be comfortable. Location was perfect. Far enough away from the main hustle and bustle that it was quiet, but close enough to the main square to walk to. My only criticism is the...

「The apartment was in a good location. The check in process was easy and the host was very friendly and included some great recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. We really enjoyed our stay!」

「We had a phantastic time. Very well located to hide away from the tourist masses. Nice Restaurants close by. Nicely furnished. Can only highly recommend.」
