"Lizzy was amazing! She checked on us through out the trip and made sure we settled in. Beware of the ducks in the pool. Make sure your kids do not drink the water and wear googles. Fun things were the nightly movie on the grass at the pool by main lobby. They had popcorn is good selection while we were there. They post in the Lobby. The bus was very convenient for the trip as we were there for a cheer comp at universal. Food was not terrible but very over priced. I got dinner for 3 adults and a child and it was a little over $200.. we stayed for 6 days and ordered out majority of the other days. Starbucks is onsite which was great. Overall stay was great. Family was happy and all had a good time!"

"I stayed here for 10 days for my vacation. I loved this hotel. The food was above average. The cafe was so convenient as they had plenty of food to choose from. I had A LOT of my meals here and never had the same thing twice. Prices are fair for the food and there were chefs there making it to order. Room was clean, towels and bed were refreshed every day. Overall, would absolutely stay again. I even arrived at 2am due to a delayed flight and there was someone at the desk, granted I called early in the day to notify them. I was surprised and was worried the front desk staff would not be there. Not sure if they waited for me per se, but I was grateful someone was there so I could check in. There’s a Walgreens across the street, a 2 mins walk as there is a door at the front gate that grants you access to the street. The buses were super convenient and quick, never waited more than 5 mins at all hours of the day. Overall VERY satisfied with my stay here and would 100% stay here again."
