"Matthew was a great host! He was very communicative and had quick replies. Our stay was incredible. The house itself is set up in such a cool and interesting way! So many activities to do ( pool, hottub, tons of yard games). Each room of the house was curated and hand picked wonderfully. Beds were comfy, never ran out of towels, and having a washer and dryer really was a plus! I can’t recommend this place enough and highly encourage you to stay here :) "

"Checked in on 12/21 and all seemed well until we came home late (it was past 12:30), music was playing loud and people are talking. Contacted host Caesar and music stopped for 5 minutes started back up again. Contacted host again, the other people in another unit started making louder noses and yelling and continued to play music. Contact host again and it finally stopped. The fan and lights for both rooms run together so if one wants a light or fan on both rooms do. The fan in the bedroom with 2 beds clicks and is very loud and annoying. The bigger bed in the one room had a horrible mattress and the one side slopes down so the person on the other side rolls into the other person. The couch is broke so the couch back sticks up and you can’t sit and relax in it. There is a small chair that looks like it came from a sectional sitting there and another extra small chair and I am guessing for extra room. Unable to use the microwave due to broken handle. There are also 2 other units so you deal with people talking loud and being loud and only have this little spot to park your car. On 12/24 at 5:30 am started to hear noises of scratching and chewing. It was coming from kitchen area. It was very loud that I could hear it in the bedroom. Minimal warm/hot water for showers and if one person took one no one else could unless they wanted a cold shower. The last day was the only day we had a bit warmer shower. We ended up going to our families house to take showers which was not fun. "

"The host was very accommodating for us. We came down for a wedding nearby and found this nice place to stay. Plenty of space for our group, kids loved the game room which kept them busy. The neighborhood seemed quiet and the house was as described. No issues with check in or leaving. "

"Your place was spotless! We had such a good time with teambuilding activities at this phenomenal location! We admired the travel-themed deco that is creative, thoughtful and interesting. We laughed around the fire pit! We played air hockey and arcade games! We enjoyed pizza at the huge dining room table. I had coffee around the pool. There were plenty of kitchen supplies and clean thick towels. My favorite was the huge bathroom and soaking tub, both of which I used. I also enjoyed the luxurious chaise as a perfect spot to catch up on my paperback with some hot tea. The Switzerland mattress was divine! The Castaway room (pool room with bed) is fully decorated, but did smell musty and wasn't appealing since it's separate from the house, thus a walk to the bathroom. So, we didn't use it, instead bunking up with several of us in the "kids room." We seemed entirely safe in the friendly neighborhood. The location is near some spectacular restaurants and definitely convenient to Disney, which we did partake in, as well!"

"The house was in a super convenient location and made getting to several destinations very easy. The hosts were very easy to get in touch with did we need anything answered. However, it wasn’t really necessary because everything was well laid out inside the house. The house was very clean and welcoming. I have no complaints at all. I would stay again and would recommend the house to friends and family for future visits. "
