The location of this hotel is fantastic and central to all the major sights. We were able to walk to every major landmark between 4-10 minutes. The staff were lovely and hard working. The AC, shower/hot water worked great. The breakfast was a typical continental style and I found it satisfactory to a hotel this size. The one thing that was challenging was getting a regular wifi signal. Overall, great stay for a family of 4.

Very good hotel. Well located and convenient. Very good size rooms. Check in staff very helpful. The only negative thing was the breakfast staff that was distracted and talking loudly, not paying attention to the guests needs.

This hotel was excellent a great location 5min from duomo and 10min from ponte de vecchio. Rooms were clean and spacious and a painted ceiling that was beautiful. Staff very friendly and helpful Breakfast was great. Highly recommend.
