"There were issues not wotth mentioning becasue the staff made everyrhing reasonable to rectify or solve them with haste. Excellent breakfast buffet. If you rent a car, this hotel is perfectly situated in Madrid outskirts, but close enough to comute easely. Aranjuez is a charming town with a suprisingly active night life. Highly recommend "

"It was like staying in a ramada Inn on a highway in the 1990's because the hotel was FAR from Madrid the city. We went 8 train stops, a long bus ride and longish walk to get there from Madrid. We were in the middle of an industrial area--not even in Pinto, the town where the train station was. This hotel should not be advertised as a place to stay in Madrid, Spain. The room was large and comfortable, except we couldn't get the air conditioner to stop and we were cold."

The location was fairly quiet, and there is a Lidl supermarket only about 100 meters from the hotel, which was very convenient. However, it takes around 45–60 minutes to reach Madrid’s tourist centre by public transportation. "The best part of this hotel, aside from staff, is the water pressure and the location right next to an outlet and a mall. Plenty of food options! Not in walking distance to anything else. But very clean and a decent breakfast. "
