Welcome to Sea Breeze!!!! This beautifully furnished 4 bedroom home has 2 bathrooms along with a fully enclosed outdoor shower. Equipped with all the comforts of home. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils for those who prefer to dine in. Coffee lovers can enjoy an entire pot of coffee or just a cup using the Keuring Duo. There are 2 retractable awnings on the front porch for guests can enjoy sun or shade, whatever the preference! The deck also offers a wonderful space for guests to enjoy meals outdoors. There are 4 TVs (with expanded cable). One side of the outside storage (under house) is accessible to guests for storing beach equipment, etc. Home does provide a beach cart, sand toys, cooler, and Jumbo 4 to Score game set. Home is just a short walk to the beach. There is a flashing crosswalk to use when crossing over South Lake Park Blvd. to walk to the beach. Very close walking distance to Ocean Grill & Tiki Bar, Granny's Country Kitchen, Fun Time Ice Cream, & Uncle Vinny's Pizzeria.

Parking for 4 vehicles (we do ask that guests not park in the lawn).
Golf carts are permitted - gas or electric
