"Hilton Club Vacations Villa Mirage is a decent time share property--and that's the problem. They nickel and dimed us on several issues: "parking fees" (added only 2 months ago to) "resort fees". They stuck us in a corner unit next to the ice machine when better situated units were available. We weren't allowed to use our 98,000 Hilton Honors credit card points because..we booked through a different service. To be fair when the front desk saw our initial rating they asked what could be done to make things right, such as offering to switch our unit. We had already unpacked so we declined. Eventually they gave us a $25.00 dining credit ( whopee!!) which covered half the cost of breakfast. The one bedroom unit was adequate."

"Our stay was wonderful. A few high points: - The staff were friendly and helpful. Jasmine, for one, at the front desk was very responsive. - Dom and Keri in the spa were especially wonderful (as was our masseuse). Can't wait to come back to the spa (hopefully next year?). Lots of great services available there. - Housekeeping was efficient and did a great job. - The resort was beautiful and quiet with a terrific view. Perfect for what our needs were. - The surrounding community, while not walkable, has plenty of restaurants and shopping close by (check out Fountain Hills, it's a nice alternative to Scottsdale, the fountain is cool!). I hope we can go back again (I really didn't want to leave!)."
