This home has a particularly unique story! If you’re familiar with Cape Paterson, you probably know about the Rockpool at Bay Beach—one of Victoria’s most iconic ocean pool. Well, the owner’s grandfather was part of the team that built this famous rock pool back in the 1960s.
Fast forward to today, and this wonderful holiday house interior has been renovated . You’ll find a brand-new kitchen, fresh carpets, five spacious bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms. Step outside, and you’ll love the refreshed alfresco deck, complete with a new roof and BBQ. For some extra fun, the garage has been transformed into a games haven with a pool table and table tennis—perfect for guests of all ages!

Check-In Process: You’ll need to agree to our Terms & Conditions when booking, which includes providing Australian photo ID or passport ID for the online check-in process. Once that’s done, we’ll share the lockbox code for your stay.
