"We’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the past two years. We like it because it is very central to the many places we need to go. Besides having close, undercover walking access to a variety of stores and restaurants, it also provides recreation in the form of a swimming pool and fitness gym. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the beds are comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful."

"Great location! It’s close to the SkyTrain, the mall, and plenty of food options, which made getting around really convenient. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I really appreciated the flexibility with check-in, my flight arrived at 7:30 am, and although my room wasn’t ready right away, I was able to leave my luggage and come back later. I ended up getting my room at 1 pm, which I appreciated since standard check-in is at 4 pm. They also offer a complimentary 1-hour late check-out if you ask, which is a nice touch. Before arriving, I was able to select my room through the app, and I loved the convenience of using it as a digital key for both my room and the elevator. The room itself was clean, and I had a very comfortable sleep. One thing I would have preferred is a 24-hour gym. I didn’t realize the hours and tried to go around 4:30 am, as I’m used to hotels offering round-the-clock access. That said, I ended up going for a run around Central Park nearby, which worked out well thanks to the nice weather. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely book here again."
