The staff were wonderful. The room was terrible. The beds belong in the garbage they were so uncomfortable. The fridge froze everything. The breakfast was wonderful the staff that worked in kitchen were wonderful

This hotel has an excellent location. Just off the main strip so the noise doesn't bother you but so close (like 2 mins walk MAX) that it feels safe coming home anytime. Travelling alone as a woman this was super important. The room was clean and had a cute balcony that looked onto the street. There was someone at the desk 24 hours a day and it felt safe. The breakfast wasn't really my favourite but the service was nice. It definitely looks a bit older than in the pictures. The air conditioning worked really well. The fridge in the room was a really nice bonus and they stocked it with water, beer and juices all for free. It fit exactly what I needed which was somewhere comfortable to sleep for the night.

We are not happy to stay there. It was terrible to stay here.2 times, the pipe under the sink was broken at night.My shoes and bag were wet.They let us wait outside until they finished cleaning the room.We requested the room change.But they did not do it soon.My daughter was almost sleeping on he floor.It was very bad.and they never say apology. And they did not give us 3towels (because we are 3 people.They prepared only 2.)Then I requested the towel.They gave me the bath mat instead of towel. and at the breakfast, the staff forced to pay the tip.If you do not pay the tip, you will not get breakfast services.Anyway not uncomfortable hotel.

Pas terrible

Trou de cigarette sur mon draps de lit. Serviettes de toilette tachées. Chaise sur balcon avec tache de peinture. Salle de bain vieillotte à refaire. Tip à donner au serveur en fin de pdj alors que le pdj est compris dans le prix de la chambre. Hotel en centre ville donc bruyant car donne dans la rue. Peinture du bâtiment vieillotte.

Mi habitación tenia la taza de baño con salidero de agua alrededor y la tapa de la taza totalmente empolvada y el espejo del baño todo salpicado. Yo apenas cabia en la taza por ser algo alto. Es una pena que tenga qué decirlo.

El staff super amable y la habitación muy limpia y cómoda. El único detalle importante es que el aire acondicionado olía mal, tuvimos que apagarlo y dormir con ventilador, afortunadamente solo nos quedamos una noche, sin duda los quedaremos de nuevo, pero antes de aceptar la habitación revisaremos bien el a/c , ya que al aceptar la habitación no puedes pedir cambio.

Great place! I stayed here my first time to Isla and it was perfect! Clean rooms, free Wi-Fi(but stay on floor 1-2 for best signal), breakfast(eggs, fruit, toast, cereal) included from 8-11am, AC(if you want it), TV in room, safe, mini-fridge, balcony(not all rooms) and very friendly staff. I also liked that they provided a few waters daily for whatever you need, very nice touch. Just a few blocks away from the ferry terminal, minutes from Hildago street and a quick walk to north beach. Would definitely stay here again and will be coming back.

Las habitaciones están recién remodeladas, lo único que le hace falta es remodelar el baño, ya que se viejo, las instalaciones en general están bien para el precio, muy céntrico, sin duda regresaremos.
