This one bedroom condo is in the heart of Cancun beach. Beautiful Caribbean sea can be seen in the living room, dining room and balcony. The condo is finished with marble floor and decorated with style. The furniture is well maintained and looks like new.
This condo is inside the complex of Villas Marlin. The master has a Queen size bed. And a sofa bed in the upstairs.
Villas Marlin is located in the heart of the Cancun hotel zone. It is close to everywhere. The largest mall in Cancun-Kukulcan Plaza is just across the street, where you can find many luxury stores such as Louis Vuitton and fine restaurants. 12 minutes of walk, you can get to La Isla Shopping Village, where there are many specialty stores. A few minutes of bus ride can get you to many other restaurants and night clubs in the hotel zone.
The condo is just 15 minutes drive from the airport and to the downtown. When you take the bus, it is directly behind the Kulkulcan Plaza. It is located in Kilometer marker 13.5, between Ritz Carlton Hotels and Westin Hotel. Come to enjoy the blue paradise with us!
