"We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The food was one of the biggest highlights of the trip. There was a great variety of options, and we consistently found meals we enjoyed throughout our stay. The shows and entertainment each evening were also excellent and gave us something to look forward to after a day at the beach or pool.
The staff were friendly, hardworking, and always willing to help. Their service really contributed to the overall experience. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the pillows, which were some of the most comfortable we've had while traveling. The beds were on the firmer side, which we personally liked.
The beach was beautiful, although we visited during sargassum season, so there was more seaweed than we had expected. That said, the hotel clearly worked very hard to manage it. We regularly saw staff and tractors cleaning the beach throughout the day, and it was obvious they were doing everything they could to keep the shoreline as enjoyable as possible despite conditions beyond their control.
Overall, a fantastic vacation with great food, excellent staff, comfortable accommodations, and a beautiful beachfront location. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Cancún."
