「Rooms were very dusty. Chair in Room had a big hole in it not usable. The place looks very run down. Dirty carpets. Bathroom. Toilet dirty. Bedding had stains. Kitchen filthy could t bring ourselves to eat the breakfast or ha e coffee there. The woman inn keeper looked. Felt sorry for her. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place.」

「Our stay was wonderful. The full breakfast had several delicious choices and was presented beautifully with fresh flowers and linens on the table. We stayed in the carriage house and appreciated the large communal sitting room with refrigerator and microwave. My husband swam in the pool and commented how very clean it was. We discovered alot to do in this area and plan to return. Very convenient parking too.」

「This is a large inn in a remote rural area. I spent three nights in the inn. My biggest complaint is the food service. There’s a restaurant affiliated to the Inn. The food options are very limited. I ordered six chicken wings and found out inside the wing is cold and the wind is not even fully cooked. It took them some time for the replacement. This time they did it right.」

「We have stayed here every time we go to Tanglewood. The service is always friendly, the price is reasonable and central to everything in Great Barrington. Highly recommend.」

「We loved Little Cat Lodge! Such a delightful place. The rooms are adorable and very clean. Beautiful views! The service from everyone was warm and friendly and the included breakfast was delicious! My kids loved the pool and playing games in the lounge. Highly recommend!」

「The phone, shower head and amenities were lacking. Except for the gentleman who check me in (Steve) I really didn't see anyone else. He seemed to be working there 24 hours. The lampshades on the bed lamps were broken and gerry rigged to stay on . The phone was broken and the shower head dribbled until I fixed it myself. For the price I paid, over a thousand dollars for 2 nights...I expected better..」

「They had some kind of family party going on. The whole family would gather by the pool and have their meals, full tables with trays of food. My daughter was not able to use the pool and that was the main reason for us staying there. Otherwise fine. Oh the smoke alarm went off once too」

「The hotel is beautiful, but unfortunately the restaurant was closed the night of our stay and we were disappointed because we planned on eating there. I guess I should have checked the restaurant hours before booking. Most of the town had businesses that were closed in the middle of the week, so just be aware when you book. The person working the desk recommended a restaurant outside of town and it was good. There was no one at the front desk when we checked out early in the morning. The sign...

「It’s in a beautiful location. Very clean. We never saw any staff because our room # and key code was sent to us. Went very smoothly. We really enjoyed our stay here. Only negative is some of the furniture is getting a little worn on top, and tv is a little small for the room, but we will definitely go back when we are in the area.」

「I reserved a room for this hotel through another traveling app and was supposed to pay upon arrival. Before I could even get there they charged my debit card and messed up my account. I was very unhappy and was told there was nothing that could be done about it. I will not be staying at this hotel again. The lady at the desk apologized and tried to help but couldn't do anything. No one even tried to contact me to work it out. Very disappointing.」

「Comfy beds, clean cute and modern, I love everything about this little place. Easy check in even though it’s basically virtual they communicated clearly and quickly about my room and door code. Only thing was there was a container of someone else’s snack leftover in my mini fridge when I arrived I just threw it out. I love the real coffee mugs in the room that’s a nice touch.」
