「洗剤、コーヒーといった備品が補充されず、何度もフロントに行かなければならなかった。 プールは古く汚れが目立ち、部屋も同じくメンテナンスがされていない。水回りが特にひどく、シャワーやシンクはメンテナンスされておらず壊れた状態だった。泊まったのは「プレミア」グレードにも関わらずこんな状態だった。」
