"This property requires a lot of attention and is very run down, the issues we had are endless, first off the heat downstairs was uncontrollable, so hot you could not even enjoy being down there but at the same time the theatre projector did not work and the games room was a joke, one pocket on the pool table broken off and all pool cues no tips and could not be used.
