「I was very disappointed with the front desk service. As I was at front desk, there's nobody there. When the front desk person showed up at the front desk, I told her I booked 4 rooms due to the reason that my friends had accident so I wanted to cancel all 4 rooms, but I was not allowed to cancel 4, and you cancelled 3 rooms. Then I booked another one ... She said sign the form you are not allowed to cancel any rooms. You have to deal with Expedia. Such kind of service I was really surprised! As...

「The room was clean. A few signs about additional charges or parking were kind of interesting. The stove didn’t work in our room but I figured out the burners weren’t even plugged in correctly.」

「The front desk staff were very friendly - rooms were clean and if we weren't so tired we would have enjoyed the lounge area more as it was a pretty happening place. We ordered some wings for the room and for the 1 night we stayed it was pleasant. 」
