I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was great from the beginning to the end. The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the attention to guests. Everything met my expectations, and I had a very pleasant experience staying here. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would happily recommend it to others!

The room was clean and everything worked. Did not use any amenities so couldn't rate. Unfortunately what we were paying for was a place to sleep, which did not happen as the mattress was worn enough that we were both rolling into the middle. The pillows were also not comfortable. Lucky if we got 2 hrs total. Everything else was fine. Pricey for what it was, but that's to be expected so close to Jasper.

I couldn’t find availability or affordability in Jasper, so landed on Hinton. It’s about an hour from Jasper, but good food choices gas stations and grocery stores. Hotel is dated but clean. Glad we stayed on the second floor as my nose could detect mold in the lower level at the gym and in the lobby. Husband LOVED the workout room!

This is an old hotel that is too pricy for what they offer. The rooms have the smell of humidity and the bathrooms don't have any fan. All the smell and humidity comes to the main room. Overal, very pricy. The staff were nice and helpful. Parking was also available in front of the hotel.

We were greeted by very friendly staff at the front desk and she answered all our questions about the property. As a traveler, one of the most important things for me is a state of the bathroom. And I can say that I have never seen such a sparkling bathroom, very clean and well maintained.
