"We liked this place a lot. We had a 1 bedroom suite. Comfortable for two adults. It was nicely upgraded, comfortable and clean. The pool area was also nice and clean. Next time we will stay longer and plan to cook in the unit because the kitchenette was definitely adequate for small meals. We will stay here again."

"Heater turned itself on in the middle of the night and tried to cook us. Spent the rest of the night with the door open trying to get some sleep. The overall experience was decent the room turning into a sauna was terrible. The staff was quite friendly and knowledgeable."

"Beautiful room with a great view, clean, friendly staff, reserved parking! Only issue is the hot tub never opened on time and was not cleaned for the mornings, lots of sand in it. Can get very loud late at night if your window is by the rear exit where staff and bar patrons smoke."

"Excellent location - right in downtown Jasper, walking distance to shops, restaurant. Bathroom very tight, can be noisy due to pub. No elevator (stairs only). Affordable, good if you need just a place to sleep- short stays. Staff are helpful and friendly."

"This is a great alpine retreat with great views of the mountains and Pyramid Lake. Rooms are rustic and well maintained. Outside seating is private. Staff are excellent. Friendly and helpful. Restaurant is top notch. Wait staff are welcoming and professional."
