The tiled kitchen/lounge floor was dirty The general decor was well used and past its best. The complete absence of staff meant the issues we had had to be dealt with phone and email and was unsuccessful and the issues were never resolved. We wasted to much of our valuable time waiting for someone to fix the door access The place was soulless

I really liked our room but I was not a fan of all the drunk people sitting in the hot tub having loud obnoxious conversations in the late afternoon.

Mountain View Small room Overpriced

We had a great stay at Coast Canmore. Great location with lots of food options close by. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. A few of the bus tours of Banff use the Coast Canmore as a meeting place for passengers. This was super convenient.

Had an issue with the shower door keeps popping off the tracks Also rate is in US funds.
