"The location is superb and offers great value for the area. Most importantly, the staff are friendly and incredibly helpful when we requested a room change. Our second room was lovely, which shows the hotel definitely has 4-star potential. Unfortunately, our first night was spent in the infamous Room 101 (basement level), which ruined the overall experience. The air conditioning was broken, extremely noisy, and could not be switched off. Furthermore, the "double bed" was actually two twins pushed together that kept sliding apart, causing me to fall into the gap throughout the night. We initially wanted to give this hotel a 4/5 because the service and the second room were so good. However, after checking Google reviews post-stay, we realized that the exact issues with Room 101 (the AC, bed & cleanliness) have been reported by guests for months. It is disappointing that the management continues to rent out this specific room despite knowing its condition. While the staff are doing their best, they needs to either renovate Room 101 or stop booking it until it is fixed. We are leaving a 2-star review to raise awareness for users; if you stay here, the hotel is great—just make sure you aren't placed in the basement!"

"Loved our hotel in Soller! Was impeccably clean, comfortable bed, coffee and tea each day, great location, right on the town square. Was fun to watch the people from our room. We rented a car and parked it in a paid lot about 3 blocks away. Very convenient! "

"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable with lovely bed linen. The bathroom / shower was quite small but clean and well supplied with toiletries. We didn’t have a car or take breakfast so no opinion there, but the one member of staff (Angel) who met us on arrival was friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal for the centre of Soller and transport to Port Soller and other places in the area. "

"This is one worst places I have stayed, no better than 2* hotel at 4* prices, with 1970s decor. No bar or place to sit, desk in another building, hot water that goes off, terrible access up a million dangerous unlit steps, no tea or coffee facilities, noisy early in the morning, paper thin walls, no phone, no contact with reception in the other building, TV that doesn’t work, no access to drinking water or any provided, drains that stink, unsafe electrics, no parking - just municipal parking miles away. This is not accurately described on hotels.com - which is probably the biggest problem - and many many fake reviews. 3 nights was 3 nights too many. This was a terrible stay - the worst. I feel embarrassed I’ve made my wife stay here. I was on to hotels.com in the middle of the first night but they couldn’t / wouldn’t do anything and no one at the hotel was available."

"The WOW factor is off the scale. Can Vari exceeded all of our expectations. From the location to the design, the amenities, and the service, every detail was carefully considered and presented in the most tasteful way possible. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will go back to Soller just to treat us to a longer stay here again."
