Such a beautifully designed hotel with underground parking and a block from the central square. Half block from the tram to go to the port. Really enjoyed this hotel.

The best hotel!!

The most amazing stay… hotel was perfect all around. Staff was friendly, hotel was perfectly located, and rooms were clean and charming. A minute walk from the center, parking was easy, everything you need on site. Delicious breakfast and relaxing pool and out door area. Highly recommend !!

Wow! What amazing service - the staff made such a great experience! Beautiful hotel, completely new - gorgeous interiors, rooms and amenities. The pool was so nice and was so peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was included and was so yummy! Room was clean and bed was so comfy. Parking in the building, only downside is it is quite expensive at €18/night. Location was perfect, right in the middle of the town. Street market on Saturdays is a must. Overall 5/5!

Nice little hotel, very friendly staff, especially the breakfast service. One minus: from our room we mainly saw the wall, not the terrace or garden. Very good breakfast buffet.

Fabulous hotel in gorgeous Soller

We have just got back from a lovely stay at Alcázar Hotel. The hotel is brand new and beautiful, the pool and outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and the location was brilliant, only a couple of minutes walk to the centre of Sóller and the tram that takes you down to the port. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were also brilliant and so helpful. There’s nothing we didn’t like about this place 😊

Very nice property!! Everything was brand new and very well kept. The parking was pretty easy and convenient. The small town of Sóller is fantastic!! This Hotel is right in the middle of the action. Great location. Note: They were a little understaffed at night so service was limited. They couldn't serve us a night cap after we arrived for dinner. #bummer

Extra special and perfect in every way

Perfect in every way. The location is a stone's throw from the central square, the tram which runs by is such a lovely bonus to watch from the pool. The pool area and pool itself are stunning and quiet, the decor of the entrance/breakfast area is beautiful and very trendy, but what is truly spectacular are the rooms. They felt so special, very stunning and enormous comfy beds, they had thought of every finer detail to make it the nicest hotel we have stayed in by far. It smelt amazing and felt like such a treat to be in such a wonderfully decorated and brand new hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay extra lovely. We cannot recommend this place enough, worth every penny and simply stunning!!

Nice brand new hotel

The basic room on Hotels.com mentions balcony and city views - there was no balcony on the ground floor and the city view was pretty much the wall across the road. The hotel is brand new, so everything is in perfect condition, however there as some flaws in design, like the extractor in the bathroom does not get the steam out efficiently (or wasn't working at all), there is no socket next to the main desk, the ambient music from the lounge and the toilet there travels through the vents into some of the rooms. On the positive side - the rooms look good, quite spacious, the breakfast offers quite good quality and diversity (although the queue to the coffee machine that is in an awkward location is pretty annoying and the quality of the coffee of the milk there is pretty mediocre), the staff are nice and polite and helpful. The location is very close to the main central square. The garden that wasn't much in use in winter must be nice to have breakfast or a drink in warmer months.

Quality boutique hotel

A boutique hotel with comfortable beds, good breakfast and friendly service. Located conveniently - 8 mins from the bus stop, less than 5 mins away from the very centre plaza of Soller. + Offers underground parking with bike parking area too + Breakfast is high standard, with a lot of meats and vegetables, baked goods, juices and even some bubbly cava if you fancy a "mimosa". You might have to wait in a queue for coffee though, as there's only one coffee machine and I did not see any gluten free bread option, nor the famous Mallorcan sobresada + Staff is friendly and helpful + Area outside looks much nicer than on official photos - pool area is big and lovely, also there's a sauna there (just you need to ask at the reception to prepare it for you in advance) + You get all the gadgets for your stay which you would expect from a high standard hotel - slippers, separate towel for the pool area, wooden comb and shaver and more + Interiors are stylish and well maintained + Fresh water bottle was brought to the room daily So all nice, we enjoyed our stay and we plan to return someday

The Alcázar is located in a quiet area just a few minutes walk to the town square. We stayed in a garden room with views over the gardens toward the mountains. Everything was really well maintained and spotlessly clean, which given the hotel is quiet new would be expected. The staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. The room was compact with a small balcony, the bed was supremely comfortable, the air con worked well and the shower was excellent. There is a lack of storage in the room which was a little irritating as there was no where to store cases.The pillows were too soft and not at all supportive; firmer pillows were not available. The main irritant was the noise of staff using walkie talkies in the corridors.The other issue was the noise whenever furniture was moved in adjacent rooms. This would probably be rectified if they fitted glides to the legs of the chairs. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The gardens and pool were lovely. Overall a great hotel, with lovely staff , very comfortable beds , great showers, a quiet yet central location, with good views from the garden rooms. If they could address the noise issues and improve the pillows this would be a pretty perfect hotel.

A beautiful hotel for an escape to Soller. Perfectly placed to explore Soller or walk to the port….or you could catch the tram. Newly built, the hotel has an art decor vibe. The garden room on the second floor had an amazing view over the town, with the hills as a lovely backdrop. The included breakfast was Brilliant, well presented and tasted amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I emailed ahead to reserve a parking space, you do have to pay for a space but parking can be difficult to find, this way we didn’t have to worry and took our time driving there. Parking is in their basement (really clean and safe) with a lift directly to reception. The outside area is lovely with a great little pool. You will love your stay here.
