"This is one of those hotels that exceeds your expectations. The welcome was excellent and we were given a complimentary glass of Cava on the hotel terrace. Our room was very nice, with excellent features and an extremely comfy bed. We were also lucky to have a great view of the mountains which was amazing to wake up to. In the morning, the buffet breakfast had an extensive choice and it was all delicious. Thank you for a great stay!"

"The room was super clean, we were upgraded as part of our honeymoon and had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries on arrival to the room. The amenities are incredible and like nothing we’ve had before. All staff were extremely attentive and everything is included in breakfast. The dining options are wonderful and food was great. The pool staff were very friendly and tended to every need. The hotel has a WhatsApp communication which is extremely responsive to all needs such as booking taxis, dinner reservations and extra supplies in the room. "

"It would have been really helpful if we had been told in advance where the parking was that we had prebooked.It was so easy to find had we had that advanced knowledge. The Sat nav took us round and round to find the hotel. It took us up a one way street and we could not get out of it and scratched the car had to reverse the whole way down the street. A bad start to the holiday. SO PLEASE TELL your customers in advance and spare all the trauma. Thanks."
