On arrival hotel tried to charge me again when I had already paid a deposit and remaining amount was being taken by card. We were then walked away from hotel to a very small dark staircase in between multiple restaurants. No tea/ coffee/ water in room, very loud on the evening till 2:30am. Would maybe suit non families and those who are looking for a louder evening stay. Bathroom was nice and well decorated.

I booked this based on reviews, but quickly realized upon arrival that it wasn't an appropriate place for a solo woman traveller to stay. Another solo woman traveller who was staying there was leaving as soon as she could for elsewhere. I ended up requesting to cancel my reservation an hour or so after arrival, with the knowledge that I would lose the deposit, and which was approved by the hotel manager. Unfortunately, I have never received my portion of the refund back, even after multiple email exchanges and working with Expedia to advocate for the refund policy. The hotel has not operated with integrity.

Nette Unterkunft, zentral und direkt am Platz vor der Kathedrale. Mitten im Leben und trotzdem sehr ruhig, da alle Zimmer mit Doppelverglasung absolut Schallgeschützt sind.

The hotel was in an ideal location, the room was clean and comfortable, but most appreciated was the helpful and friendly staff. The hotel La Vila also includes a fine kitchen and garden dining, where we had one of the two best meals in Mallorca (the other, of equal, not better, quality was at an internationally acclaimed five-star hotel.)

In the middle of Soller

Very nice traditional hotel in an old building in Soller. You have to pay for breakfast but it’s a great choice to eat at the hotels restaurant (10 % discount when you are guest) Be aware for where your room are, we had a room in another building at the square, and there was 55 steps to the room, no problem for us, but it can be a problem to get there. Room was nice and quiet, with a fantastic Mountain view, aircon a bit noisy. All in all a great stay.

Great service and location

We had a really nice stay! Super friendly and service minded staff, they did their best to support us when we had questions and when we wanted to pre book taxis. Great location in the middle of Sóller, with a bunch of restaurants just outside the hotel. Even though it was central, it was super quiet during the nights. Thank you!

Beautiful, old, Art Nouveau hotel in the main square of Soller. Really comfortable room, large bed, good air conditioning and big bathroom with highpowered shower. Even though we were overlooking the square, the room was quiet. Restaurant was excellent (we ate on the square) with helpful waiting staff. Only negative is that there isn't a lift which may be difficult for people with mobility issues.

Sheets were dirty, horrible mattress, it says they have parking but we got there and their lot was full. All in all a so-so experience. I would have stayed elsewhere if I had seen it prior.
