「Superbra vistelse! Alla i personalen gjorde allt för att gästerna skulle känna sig sedda, trygga och ha en bra vistelse. 10/10」

「Nothing like the Pictures and a really really bad smell when enter the room. Also hard to find where we needed to go to have access to our room」

「I booked business apartment, they gave me 10 year old run down apartment with broken toilet and air conditioner, sagging dirty sofa, plus they got rid of us next day because they overbooked, they literally kicked us out myself, wife and two young kids, communication with them was terrible.bad bad experience.」

「여기는 너무 더럽고 불편합니다 방이 2개인건 좋은데 너무 더러워요~~」

「Very dissatisfied with the whole check-in process, we paid for the gym and pool usage and was not able to use and the owner wanted more money from us. The unit was dirty upon arrival, we had to remove the hair that was in the shower because it wouldn’t drain properly. The toilet was nasty and was not cleaned properly. I would not recommend that you to keep offering this location to anyone because it will give Hotel.com a bad name!! 」

「This is a dodgy shadow operator who will likely cancel your booking last-minute for someone paying a better rate, leaving you stranded or attempting to move you to a different building without notice while giving changing and ridiculous reasons for the cancellation. Exactly what happened to me and they will insist to speak to you outside of the hotels. com app to avoid scrutiny. Don’t risk this booking. Be cautious and avoid that listing at all costs!」
