The nice thing about the hotel was the staff. Always polite and willing to help with questions that we had. The jacuzzi and overview of the city was quite amazing and the rooftop bar was perfect. The only issue was the jacuzzi wasn’t as warm as one would think (82°) The food and breakfast that was included was amazing. Overall a great place to stay and centrally located in Ho Chi Minh City.

After a long trip and fleeing from a well-known,historical hotel in HCMC that was moldy and unpleasant odors, we booked this hotel at the last minute. We figured it would be better than nothing—what a surprise we got! They gave us immediately an upgrade; the hotel was super clean, great breakfast and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted us with our plans, reservations, and recommendations for cafes and restaurants, helped us get taxis, and made our stay absolutely delightful! Thank you Miss Duyen, Mr. Nhan and Mr. Vinh. Best crew ever!

The staff are exceptionally helpful and nice ! They really go out of their ways to make you feel at home ! The hotel was recently renovated so it is new and I saw the staffs always cleaning , It has big hot tub I saw guests went in there but not swimming pool size . On site free laundry machine is very convenient too. Complimentary breakfast has a good selection of fresh dishes and nice dining area. The hotel is like ten minutes from Cho Ben Thanh The location is very safe and quiet at night. I would stay there again and family enjoyed our stay .

First of all, the staff is very attentive and friendly! But the design of my room was bad. The shower place is next to the toilet and i also slip and fall due to the floor being slippery and there were space wasted in the room. The roof amenities were not useful. The large jacuzzi were hardly used. Breakfast was plentiful but not over doing. Overall, was an above average experiences.

Good location. The entrance lobby is impressive. We had a minor issue with the room at the beginning, but the staff was listening and willing to find solutions. We ended up having the room upgraded to a spacious suite which was just nice. Kudos to the hotel for well handling the issue. I highly recommend this hotel!
