The staff are exceptionally helpful and nice ! They really go out of their ways to make you feel at home ! The hotel was recently renovated so it is new and I saw the staffs always cleaning , It has big hot tub I saw guests went in there but not swimming pool size . On site free laundry machine is very convenient too. Complimentary breakfast has a good selection of fresh dishes and nice dining area. The hotel is like ten minutes from Cho Ben Thanh The location is very safe and quiet at night. I would stay there again and family enjoyed our stay .

Good location. The entrance lobby is impressive. We had a minor issue with the room at the beginning, but the staff was listening and willing to find solutions. We ended up having the room upgraded to a spacious suite which was just nice. Kudos to the hotel for well handling the issue. I highly recommend this hotel!

G8 Center Hotel Saigon exceeded my expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it easy to explore Ho Chi Minh City and get to many of the places we wanted to visit. Our accommodations were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere made it a wonderful place to return to after a full day of sightseeing, shopping, and experiencing the city. What stood out most was the hospitality. The staff was attentive, helpful, and resourceful whenever we needed assistance or recommendations. Their kindness and excellent customer service made us feel valued as guests and added so much to our experience in Vietnam. G8 Center Hotel Saigon provided an excellent combination of comfort, location, service, and value. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City, and I would gladly stay here again on a future visit.
