「Room was fine. Breakfast was the worst we have ever had. Very low occupation. Primary use of the facility seemed to be as a homeless shelter - admirable but not good for regular travelers. We canceled a second visit.」

「This resort was just ok imo. Pretty old and dated. Not the worst place I’ve been but needs work. Carpet old , old scratched up furnishings in the rooms. ATP no hotel should have a tub only glassed in showers. Didn’t use the amenities like the bowling alley as it was closed when we arrived. This place is def for golfers. Asked for a room w a view of the GC and what I got was a view of a parking lot and trees blocked the view of the course. Although Itasca itself didn’t have much to offer it is...

「It was lots of noise in there hallway, people screaming very loud and it was ongoing for hours until past midnight. I don’t think this has anything to do with the staff of the hotel because I don’t think they heard the nice I should’ve reported, but I was too tired., well I think they should have camera in their hallway so they can see what’s going on」

「Lights are on motion sensor so when going to bathroom in middle of night you get blinded. But other than that it was perfect! Comfortable sheets/bedding. Clean and great breakfast!」

「Our room was extremely clean and was very comfortable! The bed was great and amenities were wonderful! The entire staff at checkin and breakfast were so friendly and helpful! We couldn’t have asked for a better breakfast-probably the best we’ve had in a hotel! It was in a very convenient location too!」

「Wasn't pleased with random items for trash under one bed, but the other was clean. some spots on the blankets as sheets possibly stain. We also noticed the bathroom needed updating. Toilet tank lid was broken/cracked. Walls in the room and hallway were also heavily cracking.」
