"The property was extremely busy and appeared to be understaffed. Management should have been more aware of the multiple travel teams in the area and planned accordingly by ensuring adequate staffing for the high volume of guests and check-ins. The lack of preparation resulted in a less-than-ideal arrival experience. The property was also very dirty upon arrival. Common areas and guest spaces did not appear to be properly cleaned or maintained, which was disappointing and did not meet expectations."
