「I don’t know if Best Western puts their front desk staff through any basic Customer Service training, because the person at the front desk acted let we were an annoyance for arriving. How hard is it to say welcome. It basically become a transaction of mono syllablic grunts.」

「My stay was very welcoming and comfortable. The front desk staff were very efficient. I loved my room and slept majority of my weekend away. The only concern was someone attempted to enter my room on my last day (sunday) around 9AM. I was little confused by that considering check out was 11AM.」
