「All I can say about this amazing hotel is that it’s simply wonderful. I was deeply impressed by the hospitality of the staff. The castle was so big that I got lost several times, but the staff kindly helped me each time. Even though I didn’t have a restaurant reservation, they still provided breakfast and dinner without any issue, and I’m truly grateful for that. I would definitely love to stay here again on a special occasion.」

「Wonderful stay. The setting is very peaceful and calm, after a 2 night stay we felt utterly replenished. The beds and pillows were large and comfortable. Robes and slippers were provided. The staff were friendly, approachable and professional. The spa is truly a gem here. Clean , was never crowded and relaxing. We never had any treatments but didn't feel like we missed out on anything. Loved sitting outside the spa and eating after a relaxing spa session. Special mention to Victoria at the spa...

「The staff were not overly helpful. I asked someone at the front desk to call me a taxi and they said they couldn’t so they gave me the number. When I said I couldn’t call because of the international number they seemed annoyed. I tried to get lunch one day and they told me the chef wouldn’t be in for another hour despite it being within the lunch hours they posted. The rooms were also very outdated.」

We're told at reception that the room was up 2 flight of stairs but it would be worth it, Walking into room 12 our breath was taken away, it was definitely worth the climb. 「The bar food was good value for money. The Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful, often going the "extra mile" to make our stay very enjoyable. The room was very comfortable and we noticed that a fan had been provided to help with the current heat wave. We love this place as it fels like home from home」
