「Communication was excellent. The check in and check out process was simple. The coffee pot still had coffee and mold in it, so that is why I took a star off for cleanliness. We notified the resort via the Vrbo app and they responded right away. I would love to come in the summer when you could enjoy the pool and lake. 」

「We have our boat at Mariner’s therefore we have stayed at many of the places there. This one was the worst one so far! Besides being located in the bottom floor we walked into a musty smelly condo. There are stains all over the carpet and sofas. The kitchen appliances were old and the oven was not clean on the inside. The pots and pans were greasy and dirty in the cupboards. To top it all off the carpet that end, right before the kitchen, had exposed nails and two of us hurt our feet on...

「Stunning views and fabulous all-season full glass wall (that slides open) porch! Condo was immaculate and easy to enter. Neighborhood lovely for walks and sunsets. Used fitness center several times, and it was clean and accessible. Plentiful pool seating. Fabulous on-site restaurant with excellent food and service.」

「Our overnight stay at 110 Pointe was terrific. The weather was perfect for a fall weekend and the view is amazing. We are looking forward to returning soon.」
