Check-Out Time: Check-out is strictly by 10 AM unless otherwise arranged in advance. Our cleaners charge additional fees for any time spent waiting after 10 AM, so please ensure you check out on time.
No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the studio or building.
Noise Policy: Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum before 7 AM and after 10 PM. If a complaint is received, you will first be contacted via the booking platform, followed by a phone call. Failure to comply with noise reduction may result in immediate eviction.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the studio or in any common areas.
