"The hotel has an amazing selection of food (tasty, perfectly presented and crafted), drinks (quality on every sip), and a service to match it all. The rooms were detailed to match the Caribbean chill vibe with a great taste in artwork.
I have to point out again the AMAZING service, the staff makes the stay that much enjoyable with a service that is second to none."
"My stay at the Reef House was exactly what I wanted. It has the old Roatan charm to an old dive shop that has the most welcoming staff I have ever met. From the owner Davey to Keith the IT/Bartender and the friendliest cook staff that makes great down home cooking. David the dive master has been out on the reef longer than most have known about Roatan. He knows some really cool places to see."

"We just returned from five nights at this amazing resort and have nothing but good things to say! The property itself was gorgeous. The winding paths through the tropical foliage, the beach at the end of the strip with outstanding snorkeling, the large pools and layered decks with lots of places to lounge, the beach bar .... We absolutely loved it!
The staff was great and the food was delicious. Our room (a Bungalow) was large and comfortable (yet up a very steep hill, so make sure you check if you have any issues with mobility).
The beach was walkable and had many other hotels and restaurants to visit, although the vendors were a bit much.
The highlight of the trip was scuba diving with West End Divers! We experienced a number of amazing creatures!
We lucked out with the weather (sunny and mid-80s every day and it only rained at night). And we were there in mid-September which is the beginning of Low Season which meant that we practically had the resort or ourselves. We also happened to be there over a time where no cruise ships came through. One staff member told us that it's crazy during High Season when the cruises come in...so choose your timing wisely based on the vibe you like! Overall it was a fantastic experience!"
"Overall, my stay at the resort was good. The location is fantastic—being just steps away from the beach was definitely a highlight. The food was great as well, with no complaints there.
While most of the staff were helpful, I did encounter a few who weren't as friendly or welcoming as I would have liked. That said, others made up for it with their attentiveness and professionalism.
One downside that really impacted my experience was the condition of the pool. After a few days, it became noticeably cloudy and appeared uncleaned. I overheard a staff member mention that no one had come to clean it in days, which was honestly off-putting and made me avoid the pool for the rest of the trip.
Overall, I had a good stay, but I do hope the resort takes better care in maintaining the cleanliness of shared amenities like the pool in the future.

"Our stay at this hotel was absolutely excellent! The location was perfect, everything was super clean, and the staff was incredibly responsive. The receptionists were very professional and always ready to help. A special thanks to Carlos, who spoke excellent English and went above and beyond to make our stay even better.
One of the highlights was the amazing coffee shop inside the hotel. They gave us a tour of how they roast the beans and explained the different tasting profiles in detail. The person who runs the coffee shop is a true expert, and we felt very lucky to learn from him—it made our mornings extra special.
I highly recommend staying here if you want a comfortable, well-located hotel with top-notch service and unique touches that make it unforgettable!"
