"The hotel is generally a bit "worn around the edges" but many other points more than make up for it. Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food (both at the free breakfast and the on site restaurant), a gorgeous pool, lots of nearby amenities. Spent nearly the full time of our trip (~10 days) just in and around the area of the hotel, with just a few easy car trips down to the heart of the city for the extra culture and experience. "

"Great little hotel, well located, clean, safe, and the staff was amazing. Hands down Coral made my experience spectacular, she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me plan all my activities and went above and beyond! I will definitely recommend and stay here again. Coral’s kindness and patience made all of the difference for a single mother traveling alone, what an amazing experience!"

"This hotel was average, but certainly not to the standards of a 4 star hotel as its advertised. The breakfast was great as other reviews state, but that's the only thing I would rate above average. All of the pictures of this hotel seem to have been taken at least a decade ago and the property has not been maintained well. The rooms were very basic and the bathrooms were a bit grimy. Our shower had rust marks all over the walls (I hope it was rust), and grime all around the caulking. It would also get extremely damp and humid after anyone would shower and the walls and ceilings in the bathroom would drip with moisture for about 10-12 hours after a shower. The pool and outdoor area were also poorly maintained, I certainly would never consider swimming in that pool. If this were rated as a three star hotel I would consider it passable, but rating this hotel as 4 stars makes absolutely no sense to me given the state of the rooms, property, and amenities."

"The only good thing about this property is the staff. The concierge was helpful and amicable. Everything else about this property is terrible. The blankets and comforter were dirty. The toilet not properly cleaned. The rooms are extremely small. The pictures make it seem a lot bigger than what it actually is. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the surrounding rooms. Maybe I’m not used to these type of hotels, and perhaps I didn’t do enough research, but let’s be clear; this hotel is a very low budget hotel and it definitely shows. I think it is my fault for not properly searching and staying here. Never again. "

"The gal that works the reception is an absolute delight. The customer service at this hotel is truly exceptional and the location can’t be beat. It might need a tiny bit of maintenance in certain places like scratches on the floor but it’s perfectly clean, safe and the beds are firm and comfy. Don’t even doubt it. I’ve stayed two times now"

"We loved this boutique-style hotel! It's in the desirable, mostly residential Palermo neighborhood, within walking distance of great restaurants and lovely parks. Even the popular yellow "Red Line" tour bus had a stop three blocks away. The room was more the size of a studio apartment, with a couch, kitchenette, and breakfast bar. The king-size bed had a memory-foam mattress that was so comfortable! Front-desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The entire hotel is incredibly clean, and air conditioning works perfectly. Couldn't recommend it more! I would stay there again!"
