"Great stay the staff is very friendly and helpful its right by Atlantis like a 2min walk also if your flight leaves later but check out os at 11am they will hold your luggage for you until you are ready to leave"

"We stayed in a two bedroom harbor view at the Reef. Had lots of space for 4 adults and one 20 year old. Room was clean and well appointed. Resort is beautiful and there is a ton to do. Loved the water park especially the rapid river. Marine life everywhere you turn and the dig is spectacular! Dining we enjoyed most was Cocodrilo, Marina pizza , and Good Lies Sports bar. We were not impressed with Carmines. While salad was huge and tasty, meatball in red sauce and rigatoni was watery and no flavor. Also disappointed in shrimps scampi. Worst was being totally forgotten at end of meal, waited at least 25 from time done eating till asked someone not our waiter to get our check . We did Finn’s, flippers and feathers was absolutely amazing and my ten year old granddaughter was trying to figure out a way to live at Atlantis. Her enjoyment made it a fabulous vacation."

"Beautiful property, very clean and well maintained. Only issue was some shortage of beach chairs, and the umbrella system was broken on many of the chairs."

"The property was comfortable, we enjoyed the amenities at Atlantis. That said, our interactions with the owner were not positive. We encountered a few issues during our stay and did not receive the support or courtesy we expected. Our concerns were dismissed and redirected to the resort, which made resolving them more difficult. The property itself was spacious for family of 4- check in process was an issue, but guests should be aware that the owner is not very responsive or helpful. the owner’s behavior was unprofessional and made the experience far less enjoyable."
