"We had a clean bare bones, basic room. We had a thermostat that didn’t seem to work luckily it was a cool day and we were able to open the window to get some air for the evening. We couldn’t tell what temperature is because everything on the thermostat was rubbed off, so you just had a dial and you guessed what you were setting it to. Good place to stay if you are just there to catch a flight."

"I was stuck in an elevator for 20 minutes and the entrance revolving door was not working/ automatic. Had to forcefully push to get in/ out. Tried to call reception for an iron table and I was constantly out on hold or ignored through the phone. Some of the receptionists talk to hotel guests like they don’t care. Kind of rude"

"I had to wait almost an hour for the van pickup at the airport and called three times to make sure they were really still coming. It was getting close to 10:30pm, which was when the shuttle was supposed to stop running me I was starting to panic. Room was ok but shower was not clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful."
