"When I went to purchase an item from the store located in the lobby, there was no one present at the front desk. I waited for a short period and then left to look for a nearby store. "The gym was not available and i was not made aware of it until I went to go in the morning. They offered me to walk a few blocks to go to another gym.... no thanks... sigh. Then the heat was on with no option to do AC because it hadnt been turned on in the building... it was HOT sleeping. Sigh... wish it would've been a better experience. "
