「I really enjoyed my stay here - the staff were really friendly, and the breakfast was delicious! The room was really clean, bright and spacious and the view out the window was absolutely stunning. It was a great place to relax and unwind in a beautiful setting. 」

「アメッドの少し賑やかな（？）界隈からは少し坂を上る感じで歩きますが、海に向かって斜面にビラ、プール等が広がり、海岸まで続きます。バリによくある小さな石のビーチで、サンダルが必要。ホテルは新しい感じもしませんが清潔。2階の部屋でしたが、ベッドに寝そべって本を読みながら、海が見えたのが最高。小さいホテル棟の他に、2階建てビラが幾つかあり、多分どのビラからも景色が良さそうです。ダイブショップ併設、周囲に小さなホテルやレストランが結構有ります。ホテルでは朝食だけ食べました。空港からの便が殆ど無いので個人タクシーみたいなやつを使い、3時間くらい。」

I had him call the number listed by hotels.com and who answered said that rising star hotel was sold, closed and under renovation and I couldn’t stay there. I was unable to contact hotels.com. I posted a question to the virtual assistant and it only said I couldn’t get a refund and then commenting was disabled.
