「I booked a deluxe room with ocean view. Their property is right on the beach, not merely nearby, like many other places that have beach in their name. Friendly staff, great restaurant, hot shower, big clean room, balcony, cold a/c. Near snorkelling sites. I highly recommend this stay.」

「Property itself is well designed, nice furniture, arguably one of the best specs in Amed. Food is good, ocean views are great. Genuinely quiet too, waves are the main soundtrack, great spot if you want to escape and unplug. Good access to the beach and marine activities, Jemuluk Bay is close by. Service needs work. Staff mean well but lack polish, once suggested we find another place to eat when busy. Understandable if it's a peak season staffing crunch, but we also saw staff sitting idle at...

「The service at breakfast could be a little better in explaining the breakfast rules somewhat shortly explaining the real service was missing not a disaster but for improving quality」

「Very clean, well located, staff very helpful, and they run day tours from the villa if you intend on staying long. Decent snorkelling just off the beach too. A little loud re road traffic, but expect much the same for accommodation in the area.」

「Hotel is in a very convenient location lovely staff Great breakfast included would recommend」

「Qualite prix excellent !!」

「Breakfast is terrible 」

「We loved Amed so much this was a very handy place right across the street from the water snorkel rentals just a couple buildings down food options everywhere if your staying in Amed this a perfect place for you and your girlfriend」

「The location and the setting was fabulous. Easy walk to beach and eateries. Breakfast was fantastic with lovely homemade bread. The actual rooms were a bit run down and stuffy. Bathrooms could do with a fix up as shower was next to toilet to after showering every time you used toilet you stood on puddles. The outdoor patio was good with good comfy seats. 」

「Clean room and helpful staff」

「Very nice hotel we had a room with the beach view, which was incredible. Pool was clean. Staff was incredibly nice overall had a great time on a short stay」
