Their Pictures are Photoshopped!

The guy at reception was...annoying, unclear, poor English, and often found away from reception and with his friends near the pool. The girl working was much better. For a newer hotel, I couldn't believe how run down it had become in such a short time. Their online photos are badly photoshopped to remove all the obstructions from your view. The poor layout has you walking all the way up steep driveway to get to the path and stairs to your villa, rather inconvenient and could have been smarter. The breakfast is usually undercooked, but had a decent variety. We stayed 3 nights, and never had a change of towels, even after requesting. For something rated 8.9 or whatever their sign said I was shocked how it could be so high. I would score it a 5/10. We have traveled all over Bali and stayed in countless hotels and villas, and this was one was by far the most disappointing based on what was advertised. Be aware, things are not what they seem!

Unforgettable stay

Very nice hotel in a very beautiful village. The hotel and the rooms are clean. The view from the swimming pool is breathtaking. The personnel is very helpful and joyful. We will definitely come back !

Fantastisk personale - middel hotel

Vores ophold på Bali Bhuana Villas blev ophøjet af en super dedikeret medarbejder. Hotellet er nærmere 2-stjernet og det trænger til en opfriskning. Villaerne er store men slidte og især badeværelset kunne godt klare en renovering. Udsigten er fantastisk og poolen er rigtig fin og stor. Morgenmaden er ikke noget særlig. Området er lidt afskåret. Der er ikke særlig mange restauranter i nærheden og det kræver en scooter hvis man skal rundt i området. Vi var så heldige at vi blev kørt af en af hotellets medarbejdere og uden at det kostede os noget. Stranden er ca. 15minutters gang derfra og er fin og der findes en del aktiviteter, f.eks. SUP, snorkling, og ture med de lokale fiskerbåde.

Très mauvais acceuil du propriétaire et le pire que nous ayons eu à bali.Il nous a rappelé plusieurs fois avant même de se présenter que le tarif de notre réservation était bas ( nous avions simplement pris la chambre dispo sur un site de réservation avec prix indiqué) et il nous l a fait payer. Il a cherché sans cesse à nous vendre des prestations de manière oppressante et si nous refusions il se montrait antipathique. Il nous a gâché notre séjour et avons continué celui ci à amed mais dans une autre guest house.Pas de changement de serviettes, ni de draps pendant 3 jours. La tv ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée et il a fallu insister pour que cela soit résolue et avec beaucoup d agacement du proprio. Calcaire dans la douche donc pas de pression de l eau.la chambre que nous avions avec vue sur jardin est une vue sur le mur de la chambre d en face!!

Un accueil charmant, un service très attentionné, une villa très propre et confortable avec une vue superbe sur la mer. Un séjour de rêve a quelques kilomètres d’Amed, sur un site très bien entretenu et calme. Rolig beliggenhed med udsigt

Perfekt beliggenhed når man ønsker havudsigt fra bjergsiden. Hotellerne på stranden ligge meget tæt og er tæt pakket med besøgende. Skønt at kunne trække sig tilbage i ro. Imødekommende personale, altid hjælpsomme med kørsel til de nærliggende stranden og afhente efter aftale.

Останавливались на 3 ночи. Все это время интернет отсутствовал. Территория чистая и ухоженная, чего не скажешь о номере - как-то неуютно, ванная не очень чистая. Каждый номер это вилла, имеет свою терассу. На терассе маленький не самый удобный диванчик и какая-то непонятная мягкая лежанка, которая прежде всего неудобная, да и выглядит не очень чистой. Бассейн хороший, глубокий, много лежаков. Вечерами проводили время возле бассейна, так вот в последний вечер пришла группа местных женщин с детьми и стали плескаться в бассейне, все и прямо в одежде. Персоналу наплевать. Пришлось идти и говорить, что это недопустимо. Завтраки хорошие. Обедали/ужинали в других местах, так что не скажу, как здесь. До пляжа 5 минут пешком или могут подбросить на скутерах, если кто-то в это время есть из персонала. но вот так получалось, что не всегда кто-то был))) Пляж отеля этого же хозяина. Маленький, всего на лежаков 6-8. В предпоследний день в том отеле был аншлаг (он намного дешевле, думаю, поэтому, ведь в остальных местах туристов много не наблюдалось), приехала группа европейских женщин. Это ужас - притащили недостающие лежаки из нашего отеля, от бассейна, и стояли эти лежаки чуть не друг на друге. Реально очень тесно было, никакого наслаждения от отдыха. Море хорошее, напротив песчаный вход, чуть глубже кораллы.
