"I travel often and to Savannah frequently, but hands down this was the WORST stay I’ve ever had anywhere. The room smelled like mold and the toilet had a small leak. The phones do not work There’s a 25 dollar resort fee. I do t mind the fee when there’s something worthwhile to use it. We were given two free drink tokens, limited types that the token covers. I believe it was 875 value. There was “fruit and coffee for morning The elevator system was beyond explanation. Go to 5th floor to go to 3. From the arrival which was on a closed road to the end, there is nothing at all special except location. "

"We had a king suite that was next to the pool and pool equipment room. I do not recommend it as it was extremely loud. The pool equipment ran all day and night. Also the internet did not work during our stay and the staff did not seem to care."

It’s an unusual configuration as a historic building so it was an adventure finding the right door. Really such a beautiful location and I loved the uniqueness of this hotel. "The Bardo Savannah was exceptional. We have stayed in at least seven other properties and this one by far outstanding. The staff are friendly, efficient and it is obvious they are held to a high standard to work there. Our room was spacious, clean and tended to twice daily. The grounds are lovely, so many wonderful amenities and a gorgeous pool and outside covered garden area. We loved this hotel and will never stay anywhere else when visiting Savannah. Oh and the food is varied and delicious plus ammenities abound in your room. They think of everything."
