"The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately our room was not thoroughly cleaned- we found the previous guests trash in the armoire and at bottom of bed. Our toilet didn’t work for the 2 nights we spent there, they did send staff to repair but still had issues after- had to use the lobby restroom. "

"Raj at the front desk went above and beyond to help me during our stay. We had mistakenly not realized our booking was for one night and not two. My wife and I were across the border visiting our son and the hotel could not reach us to correct. Raj remembered me from checking in as I was distressed after forgetting a passport. She took it upon herself to intervene with the manager and extend our room and leave our items and dog in the room. She was a lifesaver and we really appreciated the kindness."

"It was conveniently located to walk to keybank center. We parked across the street for $22-ish for 24 hours. The front desk staff was very helpful and the property was very nice. The room, specifically the bathroom, didn’t seem super clean. The hand towels had hairs on them and a washcloth had something blue on it. That made me wonder if everything else was as clean as it could be. There were also no usb outlets which now seem standard in hotel rooms…so I was unprepared to charge my Apple Watch. Overall it was a nice stay, but maybe not for the high price."
