"Hotel is centrally located right across the Abastos shopping center. Metro station very close. Restaurants available close by. Room was big and very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My only concern were the elevators as there was one of out of service some of the time. (there are three). Looking forward to a future visit. "

"Well-located with lots of Old World charm such as the wood-paneled bar area off the lobby, the Claridge could nonetheless use some attention to detail and a cosmetic touch-up. The service in the bar was chaotic and slow despite a lack of customers, and the room had no clothes hangars in the closet. The bathroom was clean and serviceable but very small.
