Front desk Staff was rude and unkind. My daughter had a GI virus and was throwing up non stop. We asked for an early check in and were told none was available (even offered to pay). They promised us a “rush” on the room and that we would receive a phone call when the room was ready. This never happened. My daughter continued to vomit for hours and no one cared. When the time for check in came, we were again told the room was not ready. Simply unacceptable. Finally made it to the room which was acceptable but nothing special. The best part of the stay was the location and proximity to great food places. We will not be returning.

Loved our stay at the NH City Buenos Aires. Our room was comfortable, and the view from the rooftop is amazing. We loved the location as well, right by Plaza Mayor, and enjoyed walking from the hotel to restaurants, tango lessons, shows, and milongas. We had a wonderful time and would happily return.
