Localização boa.

Quarto confortável e com tamanho excelente! É importante saber ao reservar que não tem serviço de quarto, você precisa comprar papel higiênico para repor e material de limpeza caso queira limpar sem pagar uma taxa de 500 pesos. Fiz a reserva pelo hoteis.com e nela informava que existia limpeza diária. Questionei na recepção e fui informada que a limpeza só ocorre a cada 7 dias. Wifi péssimo. Ar condicionado só funciona até 23 graus. Se abaixar mais ele congela e para de funcionar. Localização boa, quarto com estrutura boa, mas precisa melhor o serviço ou deixar claro o que está oferecendo.

Muy buen apartamento...funcionaba absolutamente todo,sin ninguna queja al respecto. Solo que en los dias previos no pude comunicarme a ningún teléfono del establecimiento .El check in debería operar antes y permitir en forma rentada late check out.Acerca de la limpieza minima diaria,que es algo que consulte al teléfono en el cual me atendió gente de expedia,no sucedió.

Cómodo y bien situado . Carísimo

Estuvimos , 4 personas en 2 habitaciones , 4 noches . Pagamos al contado en dólares y a la vuelta a Estados Unidos observe me habían cargado el importe a mi tarjeta de crédito de MasterCard que según Expedia era simplemente como garantía puesto que el pago era en el hotel . Después de un mes no lo han subsanado y el tema está ahora en disputa puesto que indican que el cargo ya lo han abonado pero no aparece en el estado de cuenta . Muy mal por Expedia por permitir eso

good choice overall, just lacking a few details

I'd DEF stay there again. The location, price, comfort, and overall condition were all excellent. The bathroom could offer more amenities (no shampoo, no "wash cloth" that we use in the US) and the kitchen utensils were "dated" but these are just minor. My items were locked in the in-room safe overnight and the security guy couldn't open it so I had to wait the next day. They need to "equip" the security guy to do more but overall, I was DEF very pleased and I'd stay there again. Oh yea, and for Uber, very few drivers could successfully find the street! that's not the fault of the hotel tho!

Good hotel !

My only problem was that some things in room are run down and wifi doesn't work. I stayed in 2 different rooms, both with same problems. Apart from those things, it's a very very spacious room with modern bathroom . Don't get mislead by other reviews. You get what u r paying for! This place is a bargain, so don't expect a Four Seasons

Lo único bueno es la zona. No volveré.

La zona es segura y el tamaño de la habitación está bien. Pero el wifi era malo, no hay suficientes enchufes, los muebles son feos y están en mal estado. El baño tiene muy poca luz, solo ponen jabón. Hay que tener en cuenta que es un departamento, no tiene infraestructura de hotel. Y la limpieza y arreglo de la habitación la hacen cada 7 días.

Save your money and avoid this run down location

I've stayed in IQ Callao several times in the last 7 years but it's time to say goodbye. The property is run down and poorly run. Upon arrival at 7pm we were showed to our room (8B) which hadn't been cleaned since the previous guest left. So we found an unmade bed, dirty dishes in kitchenette sink, and a VERY dirty bathroom (including excrement in the bidet). Just horrendous. Since there is no staff available in the evening, we asked the building guard for help. He unsuccessfully tried to contact hotel staff. He was able to give us the "emergency" apartment, which was clean but very rundown. Other hassles: the property offers no cleaning services, skimpy towels, literally only one roll of toilet paper (which may explain the dirty bidet), so you might as well be renting any old space in the city and given current rundown conditions this should compare to a 1 star hostel not to other properties in the Recoleta area. All in all, we had a terrible stay. So we suggest you look at the many other properties available in Buenos Aires.

Great apartments but bad check-in/out

The late check in at 3 p.m and early 10 a.m aren't very adapted for travellers from Europe. The receptionist is only there a few hours during the day so you better not get problems after 4 p.m if you need help. A part of that the building is very nice. The room was very spacious with all comfort and the wifi worked very well! The pool has a fantastic view and not over crowded. Could be cleaner though. The location is ideal, Recoleta is a living and safe area during day and night.
