「I booked this hotel in the last minute since I had to extend my stay and the hotel where I stayed was too expensive without early reservation. It was a good surprise. The hotel is located in front of shopping mall, the room is spacious and the price is very low. Breakfast starts at 7:00, but I needed to leave at 6:45 and so, staff prepared in-room breakfast for me without any extra charge. This was "more-than-expected" since I checked-in at 23:00. If free mineral water bottle is included, it is...

「Super nice staff! Hotel top! We will choose it again.」

「Great hotel, it is gorgeous! Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, public areas look like a palace, really beautiful. All the staff are doing their outmost to make you feel welcome. The concierge Julian and Esperanza, are exceptionally nice, but all of them were nice and polite. The only reason I gave 4 star your of 5 is the breakfast; was impressed with the breakfast buffet, and considering that it is not a big buffet, I find it very strange that apart of the scrambled eggs that are there, any...

「This is an Ok hotel with a great location. The front desk staff is not friendly. The rooms are big, tv very small, AC ok, but very bad ventilation system in the bathroom. The breakfast was great. The gym is very old , badly maintained and not very clean. We had VIP Expedia Category and nothing was recognized, we didn’t even get a bottle of water. The neighborhood is great.」

「Good Lack of veritable 」

「Nice hotel, great location for exploring the city. Walkable and safe. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Staff very helpful.」

「Clean room and nice personell.」
